I am a semi-serious amateur who has enjoyed photography for over 30 years. I bought my first 35 mm camera in 1970 while I was serving in the U.S. Army in Germany. Within a few months I was developing my own photos in black and white, which I continued to play with for many years. I am now on my third digital camera. a Canon EOS XTi.
